If you are the victim of a crime, you have certain rights in the state of Arizona. You have the right to be present at all hearings and to provide input as to release and sentencing decisions. Upon request, you have the right to be notified of all proceedings and any change in custody status for the defendant. You will be treated with fairness respect and dignity throughout the process.
