High Conflict Class
What is a High Conflict Class?
A Judge may order parents to attend this four-hour class to help parents learn better ways of communicating and addressing conflict and instability in their co-parent relationships. The fee of $40 can be paid at the Clerk’s office, online or by phone.
- How can I register for the High Conflict class?

To register for High Conflict, please call 520-866-5760. Be sure to have your Superior Court case number available. Pre-registration is required.
- How do I pay for the High Conflict class?

- Online Make payment via website
- By Mail as follows:
- Obtain a cashier's check or money order for $40 payable to Clerk of the Superior Court. Personal checks are not accepted.
- Write your court case number on the cashier's check or money order.
- Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope to have your receipt sent to you.

- Can parents attend the same class?

No, parties cannot attend the same High Conflict class.
- What if I cannot attend the class?
-
This is a court ordered class, and you must appear in person. If a party fails to attend, the court will be notified and possibly sanctioned for Failure to Appear.
- What do I need to take with me to the class?

You will need to bring proof of payment and a photo ID with you to the class.
