Translation Requests

Pursuant to Superior Court Administrative Order XXXX the private attorney, indigent defense, including the Public Defender and contract counsel, or County Attorney and Attorney General are responsible for providing qualified interpretation and translation services for witness interviews, pre-trial transcriptions, depositions, and translations and attorney/client communications during out of court proceedings not specifically ordered by a court division.

If there is a discrepancy in the translation/transcription of a court document between opposing parties, the Pinal County Interpreter’s Office can perform verifications of translations and transcriptions by court order.  To request a translation:

  • Please email your request to the Pinal Interpreters email.
  • Translations are prepared on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a specific time-sensitive request, please note this so priority can be given to your document.
  • All translations must be accompanied by the case number and the party's name they pertain to. Translations for documents in matters not pending before this court or not related to this court (such as forms, rules, advisements etc.) cannot be considered.
  • Translations of minute entries and final orders in Domestic Relations matters will be made upon request or court order, filed with the Clerk of the Court and sent to both parties by mail/email as requested.
